If I modify or cancel my New Mexico Goodwill Trip travel plans after February 1, 2026, any deposit or payment towards the trip cost will be subject to forfeiture.

I understand the possession, use or transportation of any productions containing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in violation of federal laws and aviation regulations is strictly prohibited by the New Mexico Amigos and may result in denied boarding or participation in sponsored events without a refund.

By participating in a Goodwill Trip and/or a New Mexico Amigos sponsored event, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless, the New Mexico Amigos, its Officers, Directors and Employees as to my actions that may cause injury, of any type, to myself or others.
